Today, the 10th congress of the Azerbaijan National NGO Forum was held. Fundamental changes were made to the Charter of the Forum at the congress, the post of "president" was abolished, the main authorities were transferred to the Management Board, the term of office of the members of the Management Board was increased from 4 years to 5 years. The old composition was dismissed with full staff, and a new composition was formed at the congress.

Bu gün Azərbaycan Milli QHT Forumunun X qurultayı keçirilib. Qurultayda ilk öncə ümummilli lider Heydər Əliyevin və Azərbaycanın ərazi bütövlüyü, suverenliyi uğrunda qurban gedən şəhidlərin əziz xatirələri bir dəqiqəlik sükutla yad olunub, Dövlət Himni səsləndirilib. Qurultayda Forumun Nizamnaməsinə köklü dəyişikliklər edilib, "prezident” postu ləğv olunub, əsas səlahiyyətlər İdarə Heyətinə ötürülüb, İdarə Heyəti üzvlərinin səlahiyyət müddəti 4 ildən 5 ilə qaldırılıb. Qurultayda köhnə tərkib tam heyətlə buraxılıb, yeni tərkib formalaşıb. Qurultayda son 15 ildə ilk dəfə olaraq rəhbər şəxs dəyişdirilib. 5 nəfərdən ibarət İdarə Heyəti yaradılıb.
