Executive Director of "Umid" Support to Social Development Public Union Israyil Isgandarov, as an expert participated in "Social enterprise as a tool for civil society to solve social-economic conflicts as a result of the war” international conference organized by Germany's "German-Russian Exchange (DRA)” and Ukraine's "East Europe Foundation" organizations in Dnepropetrovsk, Ukraine. Israyil Isgandarov has made a report in two sessions of the conference:

1. In the first session with a report entitled "Social entrepreneurship as a tool for activating the population and solving social  and economic problems in small communities”;
2. In the final "How do we imagine social entrepreneurship in Europe in 3 years” session with a report entitled "Institutional basis of Social entrepreneurship development”.
