The "IV Development and Exchange Program for NGOs" is scheduled to take place in Nakhchivan on April 29-30 this year, organized by the Agency for State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) of Azerbaijan. Approximately 50 NGOs from the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic will participate in this event.

The 2-day program will feature training sessions covering topics such as "Determining Goals and Objectives of Projects," "Identifying Project Partners, Target Groups, and Beneficiaries, along with their Expectations," and "Developing Project Implementation Plans." These sessions aim to enhance the knowledge and skills of participating NGOs, offering practical group work facilitated by an international expert in project design.

Upon completion of the training, the Agency will issue certificates to NGOs demonstrating successful outcomes. Notably, similar Development and Exchange Programs for NGOs were conducted in Mingachevir in 2022, Naftalan, and Baku in 2023, attracting participation from over 300 NGOs.

The Agency remains committed to fostering the growth of NGO representatives' capabilities to enhance the societal impact of NGOs, furthering its mission of supporting civil society.
