Outcomes and achievements:

• Women and youth involvement in civic society actions has been increased;

• Local municipalities’ and governmental agencies’ involvement in the processes has been increased;

• The people acquired skills and capacities on transparent elections;

• Within the frameworks of collaboration with Parliamentarian deputies, corresponding regions’ deputies and their assistants’ relations with the communities was strengthened and meetings were held. As the result of these relations the community members succeeded to solve some of their local social-infrastructure problems;

• To develop the skills of the municipality leaders and their accountants they were involved into the trainings conducted on «Developing Municipality Budgets and Introducing Them to Public». Also Municipal Budget Hearing for the community members were arranged;

• 31 communities were mobilized;

• 156 infrastructure and outreach projects were implemented;

• 240 357 people benefited from the implemented projects;

• 2973 people were trained;

• 24 544 people raised their awareness through community development components (round table discussions and meetings);

• Community solidity from moral and material viewpoint during solving their own problems was ensured;

• Implementation of various kinds of projects promoted the social-economic and housing circumstances of the target population;

• Potential cadres were brought up in the field of management, and in most cases those cadres were hired by municipalities and other entities.
