Today marked the first meeting for the project "Creating a Database on the Media Landscape of Azerbaijan," spearheaded by the Azerbaijan Press Council.
Rashad Majid, Chairman of the Press Council, stated that the project's goal is to develop a comprehensive and unified source of information about Azerbaijan's media space and environment. By consolidating all relevant information into a single database, it will provide a valuable resource for anyone seeking detailed insights into the media landscape of Azerbaijan.
During the meeting, various proposals were discussed and grouped for further consideration.
In addition to the creation of the electronic database, the project includes plans to hold five conferences in Baku.
The project is funded by the State Support Agency for Non-Governmental Organizations.
