On September 18, residents of the Khujbala community of Guba rayon celebrated the successful completion of the repair of irrigation water line project. The irrigation system was repaired within the "Socio-Economic Development Activity” program under co-finance of the Government of Azerbaijan and United States Agency for International Development, implemented in close partnership by the East-West Management Institute, "Umid” organization, Khujbala community residents, local municipality and state entities.
