Action Contra El. Hambre (ACH) implemented "Food Security" project in Agjabadi region in November' 2000. This project covered 300 families. The project extended to Beylagan region in the second year, and 300 more families were involved in the project.

"Umid" Humanitarian and Social Support Center evaluated an impact of the project on the population in March' 2003 under the contract signed with ACH.

Evaluation aimed at gauging quality and quantity impact of the project.

Evaluation of the project was conducted through observations, round tables, surveys and interviews.
