Vocational capacity building of the youth in Sumgait city

Providing the youth from vulnerable families with any trade to improve their family condition partially, as well as spending their time usefully through getting any trade.

The number of youth involved in apprenticeship courses in Sumgait are 47. There are local population and IDPs among them.

It is already 2 years, that I'm teaching this trade to local and IDP youth. All my students learned and continue to learn this profession with great interest. I suggest all of them to work in this workshop at the end of the course. We create opportunity for the youth who want to be a craftsman as his master and to learn this profession deeply. I appreciate highly the youth's interest to any trade. It also helps them to spend their time effectively. The household condition of these youth is hard. They are attending the school and besides it, working here and receiving a fee for their labor. We appreciate it highly that the youth of this age help their families.

Vocational capacity building of the youth in Northern regions of Azerbaijan

It has been planned to improve vocational capacity of the youth through apprenticeship method in mobilized communities within the framework of the "Sustainable Community Development in the Northern regions of Azerbaijan" project in cooperation with BP/ Azerbaijan.

The surveys have been conducted in communities of the northern regions and 15-27 years old boys and girls willing to get trade have been selected. The youth from martyr's and vulnerable families were preferred during the selection.
