Today, October 18, marks the anniversary of the liberation of the historic Khudafarin bridge and its surrounding areas from the occupation by the Armenian Armed Forces. It has been three years since the restoration of the bridge, situated on the Araz River along the border of Azerbaijan, from Armenian occupation.
On October 18, 2020, in addition to reclaiming the Khudafarin bridge, two more settlements in Jabrayil, namely Hajili and Haji Isagli villages, were also successfully freed from the invaders. The resplendent tricolor flag of Azerbaijan was proudly raised on these liberated territories.
