for Non-Governmental Organizations convened to explore avenues for
enhancing NGO involvement in science and education objectives. Leyla
Khalilova, who leads the Ministry's Department of Education Reform
Coordination, and other relevant individuals presented in-depth insights
on educational reforms. The discussions also saw the participation of
Gunel Safarova, the chair of the Public Council under the Ministry of
Science and Education, and several NGO leaders.
