Under the leadership of Supreme Commander-in-Chief President Ilham Aliyev, life is returning to Karabakh and East Zangezur, which have been freed from occupation. People who were displaced from their native places for decades are being gradually resettled according to the plan. The State Support Agency for Non-Governmental Organizations is launching a project of mobile services provided by NGOs to support the population living in these liberated areas, ensuring closer participation of Azerbaijani NGOs in this significant historical process.

The State Support Agency for Non-Governmental Organizations reports that the project involves the organization of free mobile services by NGOs to target groups according to local needs in the settlement areas. Transportation, lodging, and food expenses for NGO representatives will be covered, and NGOs will provide free mobile services to the local population based on their areas of expertise.

These services include mobile medical services (such as examinations), training for children with physical disabilities, intellectual games for schoolchildren, vocational training, effective organization of leisure time, psychological services for the families of martyrs, employment and professional training, master classes, and environmental awareness training. Additional services include vigilance training on mine and unexploded ordnance protection, and wild animal protection.
