• A transparent and democratic Community Action Team (CAT) was formed to represent the community, identify the community problems & priorities, and involve the community resources for the solution of problems.

• Community’s 2-year action plan has been formed;

• Community Fund has been formed & started its activity. 

2. Water problem:

• The problem with potable water has been solved in Sitalchay settlement;

• Community and the municipality cooperated on construction of the water line; procedures for effective usage of community and municipality resources were elaborated and improved for solution of future problems;

• 220 families, 1200 people, as well as 40 IDPs were provided with potable water;

• Community initiative was raised.
