Outcomes & Achievements:

• 23 representatives of 9 NGOs have attended the trainings on Management and Supervisory Skills, 18 representatives - on Financial Management, 20 representatives - on Proposal/Report Writing trainings;
• 9 NGOs have acquired Umid’s guidelines and manuals on Organizational management, HR management and Logistics;
• Representatives of 9 NGOs have got opportunities to apply the know-how they acquired within their organizations in a month;
• Umid’s Finance Manager, HR and Development Manager, Procurement Manager and Information and PR Manager have provided their consultations on organizing and developing the activities in the appropriate direction;
• Organizational Assessment Tool has been applied in the organizations after the trainings.
