Outcomes and achievements:

•  Surveys were conducted with 12 local NGOs in order to evaluate development levels of local NGOs in the target regions, and capacity of these organizations were evaluated through Organizational Assessment Tool (OAT);
• 6 NGOs were selected from among surveyed ones, and they were delivered training sessions on 4 topics - "Needs Identification and Analysis of Stakeholders", "Project goal, objectives and ways of problem solution, strategy analysis", "Planning of the performance" and "Project proposal writing" trainings for the purpose of building their institutional and organizational capacity;
• Consultation hours were organized to strengthen practical skills of 6 local NGOs on writing project proposals;
• A condition was created for integration and cooperation of the local NGOs and public unions active in the target regions.
