Already 21 years have passed since the occupation of our region. As a result of military aggression of Armenia, a large part of our compatriots settled in the city of Sumgait. In order to solve the social problems of these people, under financial support of UNHCR, "Umid" SSD PU assists IDP youth to master diverse vocations by involving them in various trades, also supports youth to increase their knowledge and competencies by involving them in computer trainings on different programs. This year, I have benefited from the computer trainings within "Skills Building Training and Livelihood Support to IDPs in Azerbaijan” project implemented under financial support of UNHCR. During the training, I have learned MS Office 2010 Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Internet Explorer programs and enriched my knowledge on computer. After course completion, the certificate has been presented. Now, using my knowledge acquired during computer training I got a job, now I work and help my family.
