The first high-level dialogue in the "International Energy Agency (IEA)-COP29" format is scheduled to take place in Paris, the capital of France, on May 15. Fatih Birol, the Executive Director of the IEA, announced on social media that he met with Mukhtar Babayev, the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources and President of COP29, in Turin, Italy. During their meeting, Birol and Babayev discussed strategies to ensure the success of COP29, slated to be held in Baku this year, and the IEA's commitment to supporting new national-level contributions. "We eagerly anticipate convening the inaugural high-level dialogue in Paris on May 15 within the framework of 'IEA-COP29'," Birol stated.

The "IV Development and Exchange Program for NGOs" is scheduled to take place in Nakhchivan on April 29-30 this year, organized by the Agency for State Support to Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) of Azerbaijan.
